Spencer and William graduate

A special congratulation goes out to Spencer B and William T. They graduated from college!! Wow!! Four parents are proud as punch!! ( How the hell proud is that?) We all know how proud Merrilee and Brad should really feel. They did it in spite of odds !! It was tough going for a while but Spencer came through. Nice job to both boys and to both moms and both dads.

Soon we will get together for the Tantum party. Can't wait. Susan has promised a speech at the rehearsal dinner!

A beginning

I never thought I would think of starting a "blog". I always thought a "blog" was a suppository- and you don't normally send those things to friends. However, the other night I was attending a church meeting of older men and one started raving about the advantages of having a family blog to enable family to keep in touch.
Sounded to me like it had merit. So here it is!!
What do you think? Good or shitty? The only guidelines I can think of for this blog at this moment are no politics, no religion, and no frontal nudity in personal photos.
